Wood Signs

All of our signs are handmade, and are comprised completely of hand selected wood, paint and stain. Due to the nature of wood and the handmade process, signs can vary with graining, knots, and stain absorption, however we try our best to maintain a level of consistency and quality on each sign, creating a unique piece just for you! Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Rush orders may be available upon request for a small rush fee.

Custom Orders

We welcome custom sign requests, which you can submit using the Custom Sign Request Form. Please provide as much information as possible, such as: color, size, and design specifics. Please also include any additional information that you feel is useful to the overall design of your sign, however please refrain from referencing a photo of a design that you want replicated, as we try our best to respect other designers, and to work to create original designs.We will respond to your Custom Request via email within 7 business days of receipt. After receiving and working on your request you will be sent a draft of your design for approval before we begin making your sign. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Rush orders may be available upon request for a small rush fee.

Items to Note:

We retain sole ownership of all designs we create, including custom designs.

We reserve the right to share any and all designs that we create on social media or our website, including custom designs.

We reserve the right to sell any and all designs we create, including custom designs through any of our selling channels.

Discounts DO NOT apply to custom orders or the custom order deposit unless specifically stated.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 7-14 business days for regular orders to be processed. For custom orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing time, once you final proof is approved. Rush orders may be available upon request for a small rush fee.

Shipping

All of our products are shipped via USPS or UPS with insurance and tracking. We are also happy to announce that we utilize flat rate shipping! You will see the corresponding option that meets your order criteria at checkout.

Please Note: We are not responsible for undelivered or mis-delivered mail due to an incorrect address. Please be sure to enter the delivery address accurately. 

Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, and that most products are made to order, we are unfortunately not able to offer refunds.
